Your BioSpine Experience begins with your patient concierge. When you reach out to BioSpine, whether you're booking an appointment or just have questions, you'll reach a patient concierge. The patient concierge will walk you through the steps of a consultation, medical review, and surgery. They are able to answer any questions you may have about how BioSpine's minimally invasive surgery differs from traditional surgery and laser surgery, are prepared to address insurance and logistical concerns, and will provide a cost-benefit estimate as well. When you're ready, your patient concierge will book your consultation appointment. You have questions. Your patient concierge has the answers. At your consultation, you'll speak directly with the surgeon who will perform your procedure. You are an individual. The BioSpine surgeons provide the personalized care you deserve. And once you've made the life-changing decision to have surgery at BioSpine, you'll be introduced to two more key people in your BioSpine Experience. Your patient educator is now your point of contact for any and every concern you may have. When you come up with new questions or concerns, your patient educator is there to answer and address those with knowledge, experience, and a direct understanding of the plan your surgeon has formulated to treat your pain. Your patient educator will also provide you with information on benefits and options that you may not have considered. You want to know everything your surgery will entail. Your patient educator will ensure you understand every aspect of your experience. Making the decision to move forward with this life-changing surgery is made simple with the coordinated assistance of your patient educator and our in-house expert on insurance and the benefits you have available towards your surgery. Your patient educator will then introduce you to your surgical concierge. Consider your surgical concierge as a direct link to your surgeon. The surgical concierge will be in constant contact with you as you prepare for your surgery. They will advise you of all the logistical details necessary. If you need to see other physicians, obtain paperwork, or take additional steps at home, the surgical concierge will advise, remind, and follow up for you.
