[MUSIC PLAYING] Hi. This is Dr. Sherri Stone from BioSpine Institute. Today, we are going to learn how to do a yoga pose called the camel. The camel is an exercise that helps stretches the front of us. It can help reverse those long hours of sitting at a computer. So to perform camel, start with your feet shoulder width apart, trunk erect, put your hands on the back of your hips or pelvis, whatever you want to call this. You can use fists also if that's comfortable for you. You are going to look up at the ceiling slowly, bring your belly forward knees straight and stretch backwards. You should feel the front of you stretching, a little bit stretching in the back. This should not hurt and you should not get dizzy. If you do, just don't lean back as far. Hold this stretch for as long as comfortable and up to 1 minute.

Perform camel to help stretch out the front of you to help reverse those long hours at sitting in front of a computer. [AUDIO LOGO]
