[MUSIC PLAYING] Hi. This is Dr. Sherri Stone from BioSpine Institute. Today we're going to learn how to do the exercise called Superman. The Superman strengthens the whole entire back of us. And it can really help if you have any back pain. To do Superman, play on your stomach keeping your hands by your side. Lift up your head shoulders and chest and your feet at the same time and hold for 3 to 5 seconds. If this is too difficult for you, just lift up and go back down. If you're a beginner and this is still difficult, just lift up either your lower body or your upper body one at a time. This should not hurt and this should help strengthen up your entire posterior chain. [MUSIC PLAYING]
