Meet Heather McCourt, a dedicated and compassionate medical professional who is making a difference in the lives of patients at the Biospine Institute. As a Medical Assistant and Patient Educator, Heather is passionate about helping patients feel informed and comfortable about the procedures they are undergoing.
She has been working at the Biospine Institute since October 2018. In that time, she has become an invaluable member of the team, consistently delivering exemplary and outstanding care and support to our patients. Heather always focuses on helping patients understand their options and make informed decisions about their health care, whether she is answering questions or providing guidance.
One of the things that sets Heather apart from other medical professionals is her dedication to patient education. She understands that many patients may feel anxious or uncertain about their recommended procedures, and she works tirelessly to provide them with the information and support they need to feel more comfortable.
In addition to her work as a Medical Assistant and Patient Educator, Heather is also passionate about continuing her career in the medical field. She wants to become a labor and delivery nurse. The providers at the Biospine Institute have been an invaluable resource for her, always willing to answer her questions and teach her new things about the procedures she educates patients about.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading books and spending time at the beach with family and friends. She is a kind, compassionate, and dedicated individual who genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. We wish Heather enormous success in achieving her goal of becoming a labor and delivery nurse and believe that she is destined for wonderful things in the medical field.
