Frank Bono, D.O. is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in disorders of the spine. Frank Bono, D.O. is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Biology and Chemistry. In 2000, he completed his medical education at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he earned his degree in Osteopathic Medicine. He performed both his internship and residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Having completed an Orthopedic Surgery fellowship in the Department of Spinal Surgery at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he and James Ronzo, D.O., started the BioSpine Institute to continue the advancement of Minimally Invasive Spinal Technology.
