Why This Matters

Surgeons at the BioSpine institute have performed over 50,000 minimally invasive spine surgeries.
*The vast majority of procedures at BioSpine Institute are performed through a 3/4" incision, however there are a limited number of procedures that may require a slightly larger incision.
Benefits
Smaller incision.
Reduced time under anesthesia.
Our patients leave our facility the same day.
No hospital stay.
Quicker Recovery.
Less pain, less pain relievers
Minimally invasive surgeries cause less postoperative pain and discomfort. Studies have shown that patients undergoing MIS procedures report less pain and require smaller doses of pain relievers than patients undergoing traditional surgeries. Many of our patients boast about not using pain relievers following their surgery.

Depart our facility the same day
Based on the experience of our surgeons and their minimally invasive surgical approach there are no long incisions and the time under anesthesia is greatly lessened. A typical surgical procedure averages between 30 to 60 minutes. Our patients will comfortably leave our facility on the same day as their procedure. In most cases, our patients are returning to work shortly thereafter.
